They say life begins at 40 and maybe they are right. We passed some great milestones in week 40 of our Inlife busness. First we passed 100 online retail sales. We then passed 500 people in our downline organisation. Both of these achievements I put down to merging the old methods of network marketing alongside the new internet based vehicles that are available to help get your message out to the people who are looking online to improve their all.

I started smoking when I was about eighteen. I put it down to pier pressure, a new school, trying to fit in etc. Since I started I gradually increased the amount I smoked until I was on about 50 a day.

Q.  So how did you come across the electronic cigarette and…tell us what happened.

Well it was my wife who first discovered it. She was introduced to it by a neighbor who had heard that she was going in for dental surgery. It was fascinating…. but my initial reaction was that it wouldn’t replace my tobacco cigarettes but could come in handy when we were out, in a bar or restaurant. So I really tried it for that purpose.

Q. So What Changed?

Well, we were moving into a condo at the time…where you couldn’t smoke…well you had to go out onto this tiny balcony. It was a pain and when it rained etc..you get the picture.

So I started using the electronic cigarette more and more and soon, after about three days I started to enjoy it more than the tobacco. In fact I can honestly say that after three days smoking my Regal I started to wonder why I ever smoked tobacco. It was like smoking the ‘uncut’ stuff! It was cleaner, smoother…just totally more enjoyable.

You know about two months down the road we had returned to Spain and I ran out of cartridges and had to buy a pack of cigarettes…wow…who would have thought..it was like sticking my tongue in the ashtray.. I guess you de-sensitize to all the crud in a cigarette over time so you just dont taste it..that’s probably why it took a couple of days to get used to the taste of the electronic cig. It takes that amount of time just to get ride of the build up in your mouth of the tobacco crud.

“After three days smoking my Regal, I wondered why I ever smoked tobacco. It’s like smoking the ‘uncut’ stuff’!, cleaner, smoother….wow!”

Q. So it wasn’t the health issues that made you change?

No, but of course they are a consideration..you know…every smoker knows..knows that its killing them slowly. But it doesn’t make us quit.  So to say I moved to electronic because of self interest would be a half  lie. At the back of my brain was something telling me…hoping that this would be easy to do…that it would get me off tobacco…which would save my life. Lets be clear here though. I understand that there are no health benefits to an electronic cigarette. The benefit is allowing me to continue to smoke and feed both the addiction to nicotine and the habit of smoking, which i enjoy…without having to use tobacco as the delivery system…that’s the benefit.

I honestly didn’t think it would be possible…but it works…worked. I look forward to my e-cig with my first cup of tea in the morning. I get it out at the table after dinner…even at my parents! something i would never have done with a cigarette.

Q. What about the press reports and the recent court case with the FDA that say it is unsafe?

Look, I am an intelligent guy. I did my homework. I read the studies and the FDA report and put all the facts together before I started. It is one of the reasons I got involved with Inlife LLC. The rest of the cheap chinese copycats out there online need to either get on board with verification or be taken out of the market. I remember the chinese milk and the toy thing that happened in China…everyone does. But what I am smoking now..that is verified independently…it  has no known cancer causing agents in it…..for me its got to be the single most important breakthrough in public health that has occurred since….innoculation.

Of course you are fighting the two biggest lobby groups probably on the planet…the drug companies that make millions from patches and gum that are only 4% effective…not surprising that they are worried. i mean, something comes along that actually works…where do think there profits are going? yea, right down the toilet with their gum!

You know what I would like to see. i would like to see Obama get involved and stand up if he is the man we thought we all voted for and say…I am not going to let the lobbyists win this fight…c’mon, its will have a bigger saving than anything put forward in the health bill. It will save more lives in terms of harm reduction than any patch, gum or TV advert will ever achieve. I know it needs some regulation but a lot of that regulation is in place in terms of verification already…if inlife can do it…make anyone who wants to sell them do it as well.

We already have Congressmen & Senators using them. This is one fight that needs to be won on the facts and not the interests of the drug & tobacco companies.

Q. You feel strongly about the issue?

Yes i do. So much that I got involved with company that is doing most to get the message out to the people that need it.

We smokers are a funny breed.  We hate being told what’s good for us.  We will back ourselves into a corner and fight like a wildcat. I think it comes from being lectured to,  by everyone down to our own parents about ‘what you are doing to yourself’.

I am just hoping that as a smoker, through and through, I can get the message across to other smokers that this is a great thing. It is better than smoking tobacco…as I said…cleaner, smoother..just more enjoyable….and dont forget cheaper as well!….. and you dont have to give up any of the things you love about smoking to stop smoking the brand that kills you…i.e. tobacco.

Thats good, I like that…just change from the brand that kills you to a brand that wont! I might use that in a banner!

To this end, I have set up YourInlife team Forum today.

In the coming days and weeks i hope it will become an extremely useful resource for all of out team members and their respective businesses.

So its week 32, nearly eight months into the business and things are really starting to kick off. We have 360 in our downline business and are expecting to cover all our bills and expenses this month from the Inlife income.

The one thing I can say at this point is that if you are considering a home business and I personlly think this company has some of the best products and markets around, then expect it to take a while to build your income stream….and most of all…..don’t give up.

You see, I can now see why so many people fail in MLM. They stop short. They see months of work disappear because they don’t look at the long term income available.

Network Marketing is unlike any other business model, in that you put the work in at the front end for little compensation. The alternate though is, that you receive the benefits with less work at the back end.

The other misconception with MLM, even when you are convinced of the product, its market and the validity of the company compensation plan is that it will all happen with minimal effort.

It wont….it’s bloody hard work…and you have got to keep motivating yourself to stick to the plan you set out at the beginning.

All that aside, the benefits of success mean that you have a long term income available to you that you would never have dreamed of in a normal occupation.

So there it is.

Well it’s nice to know that this year i have achieved both even before the New Year has started!

The fact is, that as a 50 a day smoker, I never had any intention of quitting or even wanting to quit. Whether it was the addiction that drove this sentiment I do not know. But that was the reality.

When I came across Inlife and it’s range of smoking devices, my first thought was to have something to smoke when I was out and about more than something I could use full time. The result however was a different story.

What I found was that once I had used the Inlife Regal for a day I tried smoking a cigarette and almost immediately put it out. The reason was that after just a day smoking, what is effectively just nicotine, water and propylene glycol (a food additive found in things like ice-cream), I could literally taste the 4000 or so chemicals that effectively kill you in tobacco.

I put it down to being clear the palate because I couldn’t taste the crud before. The electronic cigarette became like smoking a fine wine over a glass that had had a cigarette put out in it at a party!

So by the second day, I was done with tobacco and now enjoy my Inlife marquee electric cigarette like it’s my new best friend! It is great with my first cup of tea in the morning. Someone posed the question to me that was the trace element of nicotine that is bound to be found in the vapour harmful?

Neither are harmful.

I have been around a lot of coffee drinkers and never had the urge to take up their habit!

You see its the ‘extras’ in tobacco that kill you. The Benzene, Formaldahyde, Arsenic and Ammonia to name but a few of the 63 known carcinogens in a tobacco cigarette. They are the bad guys but I also know that it matters little to a smoker whether it is going to kill them or not. If you smoke, you smoke. Patches and gum have been proven to be totally ineffective and useless.

So for all you fervent anti-smokers out there who think they can all just stop at a moments notice. I suggest you start plugging electronic cigarettes as the solution in an imperfect world to a serious problem.

Which brings me onto New years resolution number two. Make some extra Money.

Gone is the need to replace atomizers not knowing quite whether they have run their course or not.

Gone is need (as is found with most cheap chinese e-cigs) to buy 6-12 batteries a year.

Gone is the danger associated with handling liquid nicotine that many suppliers of electronic cigarettes force their customers to suffer.

Statistics tell us that at least 1 in every 5 people smoke so then it should run true that all of us know at least 3 or 4 smokers, be it a family member, aunt, uncle, mother father etc..

I use the cell phone as an example, since it was the last time we witnesses a shift in social behaviour on such a scale that it changed the way most of us lived. The electronic cigarette is starting do do the same thing for the millions upon millions of smokers in the world.

So if you could go back to 1985 and someone invited you to become one of the first businesses selling this new fangled phone that you carried around with you. The service wasn’t great all the time….they weighed a ton….but he insisted they would get better, lighter, and in a few years everyone would have one…and you could make money on the calls that everyone you introduced to this new device….. would you jump at that opportunity now?

By that I mean that the difference in quality of manufacture, longevity of batteries and the content of refill cartridges varies so much from one supplier to another that buying the product has become somewhat of a lottery.

Firstly, congrats…we are going to make some money together!!!

Have you checked out your admin area on the Inlife site yet? You login by going to www.myinlife.com/username using the username and password you set up when you signed up.

If you haven’t done this already, it is a good idea to login and read everything there is to read. Know the products inside out and also read their literature about getting started. Listen to the phone call.. etc..

OK….once you have done all that…some of it may seem like sales spiel but there is a central theme that if you follow it, will build you a business. It is this theme we are going to concentrate on…

The first thing I have learnt about MLM is that people over complicate it. I am sure you know the acronym K.I.S.S. ( Keep It Simple Stupid) well its one you need to remember and teach your downline to remember.

There are two goals in making money in MLM.

The first is to get qualified.

The second is to find 5 people you want to help to make money and who you believe are serious enough people to not only want to make money, but will also follow through with what you teach them.

Retailing the product is secondary to these two goals. I am sure you have already had people show interest…you need to carry either cards or leaflets with your replicated website address on them so you can chat about the product and give out so they follow up online…you can also get a card etc..and follow up, but you don’t need to spend too much time…a little retailing as it comes your way is good but we have bigger fish to fry in building a serious income!

Getting qualified.

You need two distributors to get qualified. You said your son was going to help sell it…Sign him up as your first distributor.

Now back to those 5 people. Why 5?

If you are looking to buy an electronic cigarette for the first time, here are a few tips on what to consider.

There are many suppliers out there online, some good, some bad. Be sure of the background of the company you are dealing with.

2. The parts

There are four main components to your electronic cigarette:

Whether it is because so many who enter MLM are drawn to promises of riches, or simply because most new members to Network Marketing schemes are first timers when it comes to running their own business, the facts are clear that most who try MLM do not succeed.

Their failure to the most part can be summed up in the saying ‘ If you fail to plan, you plan to fail’

A Business plan is the first thing you should draw up before starting any business and MLM is no exception. It should be a written manifesto of you, your products, the marketplace and how you intend to grow your business.

This may mean increasing the number of calls you make and meetings you need to schedule to achieve your set level of sales. This will affect the time you need to spend.

It is no good allocating time and just expecting things to happen. if your initial business projections are not being met, you need to analyse why and how you can fix the problems you are encountering.

The good thing about MLM is that you are not alone. Problems can be solved, questions answered with the help of your upline and in discussion with team leaders in the business.

If you are thougtful in the planning stage then most obstacles will be overcome and you will build a successful business.

Recent events in the electronic cigarette industry are a prime example of having to know, not only your products inside out, but also the industry you are selling into, its competition, its science and the forces at work in the marketplace in general.

On his website http://www.tobaccoharmreduction.org/faq/ecigs.htm Dr. Carl Phillips of the University of Alberta – School of Public Health makes the following statement regarding the electronic cigarette,

“Almost anything else that is not acutely toxic (and we know the e-cigs are not) will be safer. Even if e-cigs are about ten times as harmful as smokeless tobacco, that still makes them about 1/10th as harmful as smoking. Smoking is just that bad.”

Dr. Phillips also refers the reader to a  recent study conducted by Dr. Murray Laugesen of Health New Zealand , who was contracted by one of the e-cig manufacturers to conduct a study on the safety of that manufacturers e-cigarette.  The study concluded that the e-cig posses no specific health risks to humans.  The report states,

“It is very safe relative to cigarettes, and also safe in absolute terms on all measurements we have applied.”

Dr. Joel Nitzkin, Chair of the Tobacco Control Task Force for the American Association of Public Health Physicians states:

“…we have every reason to believe that the hazard posed by e-cigarettes would be much lower than one percent. So if we can figure that the nicotine in the e-cigarettes is basically a generic version of the same nicotine that is in prescription (NRT) products, we have every reason to believe that the hazard posed by e-cigarettes would be much lower than one percent, probably much lower than one tenth of one percent of the hazard posed by regular cigarettes.”

Dr. Michael Siegel of Tobacco Analysis seems to also support the electronic cigarette.  He recently stated on his blog: http://tobaccoanalysis.blogspot.com/

“I find it to be a joke that the FDA is making a huge deal out of the finding that there may be some small risk associated with electronic cigarettes at the same time it is poised to start approving a product that we know is going to kill more than 400,000 people over the next year.”

Ongoing studies are currently underway that continue to bolster the reports that finds the electronic cigarette posing no significant health risks to humans and is a viable alternative to dangerous, tobacco smoking.

A recent lawsuit was filed against the FDA by two Electronic Cigarette distributors in the United States alleging that FDA does not have the jurisdiction to regulate their activity.  The FDA contends that at least one of these manufacturers has allegedly made claims of cessation and other health benefits.  It is also alleged that the offering of flavors “might”  encourage children to try the nicotine versions of the product..   The FDA maintains that marketing claims of cessation or other health benefits must be substantiated by clinical trials and submitted to the FDA for approval before marketing and sale of the product.  Our regulatory advisors point out that there are no legal restrictions that exists in the US currently that would prohibit the sale of the electronic cigarette when they are marketed within the confines of the law.  In short, inLife does not make any claims of cessation or any claims of health benefits, nor do we offer our product to children.  In addition, we have made it a point never to target market the nicotine version of our products to any non smokers.

It is interesting to point out the FDA targeted these two particular distributors who are suing them and tested 18 of their cartridges.  The FDA held a press conference on July 22, 2009 and announced their findings stating, among other things, that they found traces of nitrosamines.  We point out that the general statement by FDA states this in no uncertain terms.  However, when you look at the actual report, it states that it found “very low levels” of the nitrosamines and other tobacco specific impurities.  Nitrosamines occur in a chemical reaction and cause cancer in experimental animals.  A look in Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrosamine) reveals that nitrosamines are found in food including fried bacon, cured meats, beer and nonfat dry milk. In addition, a testing of party balloons and condoms indicated that many of them released small amounts of nitrosamines.  It is also found in tobacco products. The study also found Diethylene Glycol (DEG) in just one of the cartridges from one of the distributors.  DEG is an ingredient used in antifreeze and considered as toxic.  The distributor that provided that particular cartridge (which was one out of 9) does not utilize the same, reliable manufacturer that is contracted with inLife, LLC.  Looking at the test results a bit more closely reveals the cartridges that were tested differ from one manufacturer to another.

Other concerns were voiced by the FDA that indicate the products sold by these distributors “do not contain any health warnings comparable to FDA-approved nicotine replacement products or conventional cigarettes.”  Concerns about nicotine levels were also raised.

It is interesting to point out that there seems to be a mystery regarding the actual levels of chemicals the FDA found in their test results.   The ECA (Electronic Cigarette Association) is working to push the FDA to admit to the levels that they found in the cartridges they tested.

In addition, Dr. Michael Siegel of Tobacco Analysis makes the following claim in his blog: http://tobaccoanalysis.blogspot.com/

“What the FDA did not tell the media or the public, and what the American Lung Association failed to express alarm over, is the fact that nicotine replacement products themselves have been found to have detectable levels of tobacco-specific nitrosamines, including 4-(methylnirosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) and N’-nitrosonornicotine (NNN). Both of these chemicals are consistently carcinogenic in laboratory animals and are widely recognized as carcinogens present in tobacco products

Given the finding that nicotine replacement products and electronic cigarettes both contain carcinogens, why is it that the American Lung Association is only calling for the recall of electronic cigarettes, not other nicotine replacement products? Shouldn’t the ALA also express concern about nicotine replacement medications due to the fact that they create documented exposure to carcinogens and that there is therefore no safe level of exposure to nicotine replacement products?”

No where in the reports or press release does the FDA assert that the product should be banned.  Our opinion on the matter is that the FDA is embroiled in a law suit with these two distributors and all parties are in it to win.  In short, the gloves are off.  We point out that the findings of the FDA were  based upon the products of other distributors and not of inLife product.

The electronic cigarette represents the biggest paradigm shift in a 100 billion dollar industry.   It is going to ruffle some very powerful feathers.  In spite of this, inLife absolutely embraces the idea to regulate ALL e-cigarettes from a health and safety standpoint.  It is far to an important breakthrough.  Just look at the advantages over dangerous and harmful cigarettes that they offer:

Income is coming in at around the $200 a week spread between retail sales online and a few distributor sign ups and binary bonuses. Considering we are not able to do any face to face work its going pretty well. Total downline is at 76 and heading toward the 100 mark.

I came to the conclusion that MLM or Network marketing was neither good nor bad as it was NOT the business model that was to blame for most of the horror stories you read about. It was the product and usually the market place for the product that was to blame.

Most MLM product companies use the MLM business model to get their product into the marketplace because they cant compete with establish brands that have control of the existing market. By definition this makes selling a new brand that is probably no better or no cheaper a leap of faith for any person with a modicum of business knowledge.

Two of the biggest issues of today must be financial security and social change. In a world where the first African-American President is elected we are living admidst changing times. But as with most things, the people that make it in an MLM business have three things in common.

1. They work hard

2. They dont give up

3. They think smart.

I have seen many quotes applicable to the MLM experience. John Paul Getty said something along the lines that ” I would rather earn 1% from the efforts of 100 people than 100% of the efforts of 1″

I doubt whether he was talking about MLM but he might as well have been as it sums up the ’smart thinking’ that you need to employ to become a successful MLM’er.

The nice part about MLM is that you can become successful by sharing the opportunity with people that you know.

Once you have fully evaluated the opportunity, the product, the marketplace, the competition and are 100% convinced that all the pegs fit into the right holes. All the questions have been answered and you are ready to begin, you are able to share your good fortune with those closest to you…you can’t get more personal than that and you have also successfully begun your path to success.

I am concentating this article on the 3rd point above….thinking smart.

If 1 & 2 are not a given, then you have already failed. Dont waste your money signing up to the business. You will not succeed. nothing in life comes without a work ethic and determination. It is rarely as easy as it seems and there will be setbacks on the way. So if you are a three week try’er. ” Oh I tried that but it didnt work” sort of person then this business is not for you.

I am aiming this piece at those that will give it their all and keep giving it their all when they get knocked back, once, twice, three times..

Often it is these people that will miss the success they deserve because they have failed at point 3. Sometimes the big picture can cloud the detail. When something so simple can make the difference between success and failure, it can often be overlooked.

So think big, dream big…but do it in your spare time (of which you wont have any if your working your business right!!), but most of all keep it simple and smart.

And all because you failed to check your e-mail spam folder!!!

Spam folders are great. They filter all that rubbish mail. But unfortunately they find it difficult sometimes to distinguish between the spam and the important stuff especially when it may be mail from a new source.

So to avoid the scenario above, please ensure that to check your spam folder on a regular basis for any important mail that may have been filtered out…

It may be the difference between that opportunity passing you by….or being able to take it squarely in two hands..

Network Marketing Isn’t the Black Plague

During opportunity presentations, when people hear the words “network marketing”, I see some frowns.  Network marketing over the years has received an undeserved negative connotation because of unscrupulous companies that have developed “pyramid schemes” to get rich quick at the expense of others.  Fortunately, those companies do not represent the true value of network marketing in business.  And, they do not represent the principles and corporate values of inLife.  That’s what we need to explain.
Network marketing is principally a successful means of advertising and distributing products.  It’s based on one simple principle…word of mouth recommendations and is used by many well known companies like Rexall, Sprint, Citicorp, Wells Fargo, and PrePaid Legal, just to name a few.  You may not know it, but roughly 35% of all goods and services will be moved in western nations this year will be moved via network marketing.   When Sprint offers you $25 off your next bill for introducing someone that purchases a Sprint phone or service, that’s network marketing.
Thirty network marketing companies are now traded publicly on NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange.  In order to go public, these companies had to establish standardized accounting procedures and be open to the SEC scrutiny and control.   Those companies have established and maintain high standards of business practices, which elevate the character of the entire network marketing community.
If you think about it, network marketing resembles franchising, in that it relies on a network of independent contractors.  Ray Kroc, founder of McDonalds understood this way back in 1955 when he took that company from 1 location in Des Plaines, Ill to the largest restaurant chain in only twenty years.
Before joining inLife, I studied their business practices and the culture of the company and was impressed by both.  Quite honestly, when used right, network marketing is indeed one of the greatest marketing and distribution opportunities in the history of capitalism.  As you’ve heard so many times before, it’s all about people helping people.
So, when raised eyebrows appear as I say we are a network marketing company, I smile and proudly explain the real value of network marketing as an alternative to traditional business professions.  With inLife, we are able to meet new people, develop new friendships, become wealthy without the pitfalls of working for a traditional company, and provide cigarette smokers a product that will improve their lives and financial futures.  I can sit on my patio and have coffee in the morning, and help my twins with their homework in the afternoons while others are confined to their little cubicles.  I’d call that a home run!

As you are aware, today we will be initializing the inLife Customer Service Management Center (ICSM). Your efforts in the past are very well noted and the Founders appreciate your work greatly. Going forward, we should see a much greater efficiency in this office which allows us all, including myself, to not just sit in the office and wait for issues to arise but rather make an external effort to “reach out” to those inLife IDs that we have not serviced well and introduce our office and ICSM to new IDs. The company has invested a great deal into this software and no other company we are aware has this capability.
During our work days we all have time now to make outbound calls to the folks that are on the front lines selling inLife. I am not sure how many of you have been in sales, but having a very efficient and capable sales back office brings a great level of comfort/confidence to a sales force which in turn increases sales. We have all seen the emails of our IDs that say they have no confidence in this offices abilities and will not sell inLife until we prove our competence.
We will beginning the outbound calls (including myself). I have attached the OutBound Call Log which will be handed in at the end of each shift. We will be calling five new IDs introducing you and ICSM to them and calling five past IDs that have had issues with this office. Please note on the sheet the call and result. A phone message is not a call. Only list actual conversations with the ID (no fam members) should be listed.

Battery Life

Over the last few weeks, I’ve had quite a bit of feedback from the team on the failures and apparent short life of the batteries. The initial perception was that we had a lot of bad batteries. But, after doing some research and testing, it appears that many of what seem to be failures are the result of not reading the operating manual or really fully understanding how to use the product.  And, until I really dug into this, I admit I was as much in the dark about some of this as everyone else.  So, hopefully this information will help others to avoid some of the pitfalls and not-so-positive first experiences of new users. The electronic cigarettes employ a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery to power the heating element in the atomizer. The battery also contains an electronic airflow sensor and various other electronic circuits, such as a timed cutoff switch to prevent overheating, and an LED on the tip to signal activation of the device. Battery life varies depending on the battery type and size, frequency of use, and operating conditions. Depending on usage, a battery should last for about one year before needing to be replaced. Sometimes batteries seem to not be lasting as long as the user thought they should.  There are several reasons for this:

1.    Defective Battery:  There have been batteries that have actually failed.  Usually, they fail within the first few days and don’t hold a charge for more than just a few minutes. The company will replace those bad batteries.
2.    Expectations Exceeding Design:  Users sometimes have expectations the battery should last longer than its actual capacity and published design information. The operating manual that comes with each unit gives a good explanation on what to expect from the battery. But, like any battery of this type, it has a designed discharge rate and will only provide a certain amount of energy.  Even your cell phone battery, if used to talk for 2-3 hours, will not last all day.
3.    First Week Excitement:  At first, the new user is excited and understandably puffs much more on this amazing new device than they ever would have on a regular cigarette. In the first hour users sometimes go through a whole cartridge (pack) before even realizing it. There are about 14-16 puffs in a regular cigarette. The Royale and Elite batteries last about 300 puffs.  So, that’s about 1 pack of cigarettes until the battery needs recharging. The Prestige battery lasts about ½ of that. That’s important to recognize and emphasize to users, especially 2+ pack-a-day smokers.
4.    Distributor Demonstrations:  Distributors that don’t smoke, but use one of the units for demonstration purposes with a zero cartridge, sometimes go through cartridges and batteries much faster than they realize. Just standing and “puffing” with a potential enrollee for 1 hour can quickly drain the battery.
The secrets to success with the inLife electronic cigarette are:
·         Make sure everyone reads the operating manual first, even before taking the unit out of the box.
·         Be sure your new battery is charged overnight before using it for the first time. Otherwise, it will reduce the life and ability of the battery to provide full power throughout its life.
IMPORTANT:  Be sure the battery is screwed into the charger tight. Sometimes the light goes on, but it’s not making good contact with the charger. If so, it won’t charge. Charge your battery every night.
·         Use the inLife device just as you would smoke a regular cigarette. Take the puffs you need (usually 10-15, sometimes even less) until your body is satisfied with the nicotine intake. Then put it down for 15-30 minutes,  just like the break you would probably have between regular cigarettes.  Remember, you only get 14-16 puffs out of a regular cigarette. Consider this option.  For the first few days, record the number of 10-15 puff sessions you use the device and see how many total puffs you get out of the battery.  You’ll probably be surprised and you’ll also help yourself stabilize your smoking habits with this great new product. Also, be sure your cartridge nicotine level matches your needs. If you use the low, it will take you more puffs for your body to be satisfied than the medium or high.
·    TRADE SECRET:  Because the battery can shut down if you draw too hard for too long or puff for too long, simply unscrew the battery, and screw it back in and you’re off and running again.
·         If you are heavy smoker, you should put it in the charger when you’re not using it, get a car charger, or buy an extra battery.  Some users buy the Royale for regular home use and the Prestige to take with them on the road. It’s important that you go over this information with everyone you enroll, whether they are a Distributor or a Customer.  I hope this helps everyone to provide new users a great experience on our inLife products.

I have been contacted by a few distributors lately about their orders not being received. There are different reasons for this occurrence; however, the biggest reason is distributors are trying to use PO Boxes, they can not be used in conjunction with product orders. InLife has spoken about this issue on many company calls, emails, and also in the back office.  The shipping department uses other methods rather than the US Postal Service it is easier to track packages.  So, if you have entered a PO Box in your back office as your mailing address, please make the correct changes so that your future shipments will reach their destination in a timely manner. Note: PO Boxes can be used for correspondence such as company mailings, checks, etc…

Get Involved with Company and Upline Weekly Calls

Each week, the leaders of your team conduct extremely informative calls. Two of these calls are live presentation calls.  These take place on Monday and Thursday nights with Jim Monde as your presenter. This is my first shot at Network Marketing.  I have to say I like it,   one thing that I did do was look at it as my own business - I had to.  There was only one person above me that I could call my upline besides the Founders of InLife.  My upline was not even in the same city, let alone in the same state.  I had to embrace this opportunity and make the most of what I could out of it by reading and learning my backoffice and website. The website has all the tools someone needs to be successful.  Two of the most important parts of this website is found in the backoffice under the ‘Grow Your Business Guide’ and the ‘Quick Start Guide’ tabs.  These two guides were put together by industry professionals. They have the directions on how to grow a strong business. When I conduct a training, I find that the leaders and top producers have all used these guides. This is why they have achieved greater levels than others. But why is it that so many people don’t use the tools that they are given?  Is it because they are in disbelief that this is  a real business opportunity that could yield a substantial income.
You can pop vitamins anywhere. You can put on makeup or drink energy drinks anywhere you want in public, within a short period of time smoking will be banned in almost every public place there is.  Our product is the solution. This is why it is so important to learn everything about your business that you can. It is in black and white in the backoffice and all over our replicated website.  Please take this seriously. I spent yesterday evening chatting with a very successful MLM entrpreneur. His income was in the 6 figures and he hadn’t worked for five years!

The facts are clear…that electronic cigarettes have not undergone any serious medical trials and are not FDA approved. Then again what does FDA approval guarantee as we see drug after drug once ‘approved’ being dragged off the shelves because they are found to be a little more deadly than the medical trials suggested. I suppose thats what you get when the industry basically approves its own products!

What upset me most about the coverage on The Early show was the insistance by the Doctor of  untested nature of the electronic cigarette.

To the layman, when faced with a choice between vaporized nicotine mixed with tabacco tars (cigarette)  and vaporized nicotine and water vapour (electronic cigarette), it would seem fairly clear that if you were going to choose the  ‘less likely to give you cancer’ from the book then you would probably go with electric version.

I am sure the doc was being honest about his opinion. The fact that he works at the Rusk Institute in NYC should be great credentials. Until that is you find out that The Rusk Institute has Pfizer as a contributor. Pfizer of course who manufacture a smoking cessation drug!

Kinda puts our doc credentials under question. At the very least it would have been pause for thought at the Early Show’s producers meeting as to whether they could find a doc without such an obvious ‘conflict of interest’

Come on Early Show…not so sloppy next time please.

One of the worst affected industries  when a smoking ban comes into affect is the pub, bar industry. With about 50% of regular drinkers at the local bar or pub being smokers it has been shown that these people either go to the bar less often or buy their beer and liquour at the store and drink at home.

The effect on small local pubs can be dramatic with a 30% loss of regular income.

It also got me thinking that whilst the GM and Chrysler dealer may have lost there business in selling cars, they still have a very valuable asset. Their mailing list. These are probably very large and have been built up over many years.

So my suggestion to any GM or Chrysler dealer that is worried about his income in future months is to take a look at our product range and market, consider the potential and use the mailing list that they have spent year building to provide a new avenue of income.

it is a bit larger than a 100 cigarette and at first feels a little different in your hand. This lasts about 5 minutes. Of all the cigarettes out there the elite electric cigarette gives a smooth ‘hit’ just like the real thing. I found myself just carrying it whereever I go!

Well all I can say is that since I started using an elite moking device I have not smoked tabacco .!

Maybe it is because Inlife are not a drug company. As we all know the FDA is made up of drug company executives who regulate themselves so well that every other day it seems another ’safe’ drug is pulled that once had FDA approval.

So if you are looking to stop smoking tabacco then all I can say is what it has done for me. i believe  that this is a very good step towards your goal. I haven’t smoked a cigarette since I started uing my elite smoking device. More importantly, it hasn’t changed my life in any way….and I wasn’t even looking to quit.

I just intended to use it after dental surgery!

Wow, is all I can say. It has been three weeks since I joined Inlife and I haven’t smoked a cigarette since. I don’t think I will ever go back to the Salem Menthol I used to smoke. my husband who was a 2 pack a day man also uses his elite smoking device when we are out. He says he doesn’t want to quit but has reduced his smoking of cigarettes to about 10 a day from 40. The nicotine he gets from the electric cigarette reduces the urge for him to light up a regular cigarette.

Consider the product, the market size and therefore the demand for a product that meets the needs of its users AND makes people healthier.

That is what the inlife smoking device business offers.

To some degree I put the MLM part of the business to one side. It’s only a business model for marketing and distribution. I concentrated on the product and its potential market when I made the decision to join.

The product works but dont take my word for it….try it and see.

For a business start-up, I dont think $130 spent on research is a lot of outlay. I personally haven’t met anyone who has tried the product who hasn’t signed up and bought at least one for themselves or a relative.

The fact that once you decided to try this, the $30 registration fee is all you have to lose. The 10 brochures and cards you get with the pack mean that you just pass them out to people that see you using it…its that simple at the lowest form of participation. if you want to spend a little more time then your business will grow a little quicker..

It is a testament to Wordpress and the set-up we have used to get the site into the top 30 positions for ‘Inlife’ and top 50 for electric cigarettes. A few more weeks and we will be up there on page 1. I do have a certain experience in this field,( which I am happy to share with you if you join the team) including setting up a site like this for free.

As I said in the title, we spent the week moving house, so spent little to no time on the business, but managed 4 sign ups just by passing leaflets into a tabacconist retailer and to some folks having to go outside to smoke in the local pub.

That is part of the beauty of the business. There are 100 million smokers in America. They are all around you and all you need to do is show them, let them try it and give them a leaflet with your website on it.

For that you get a regular cut of every ‘carton’ smoked plus some other commission. In our second week we got our first cheque for $60 and this week another $70.

It doesn’t sound like much but its only week 3.

This is a business. it takes as much work as you can put in and will slowly build into a nice second income.

Well firstly you need a product range that is good and for which their is a ready made market that is not already saturated - even if you think the product is better. You don’t have the resources to change opinion between brand names so don’t bother trying.

One of the most important factors to me when finally deciding to give MLM a try was the age of the business and the fact the product was relatively new.
Electonic cigarettes not only fit in with the stop smoking market but also with the larger market of smokers having been banned from every public place imaginable. So I, as a smoker myself, know all too well the frustration of not being allowed to smoke in bars and restaurants….until now!

Most businesses involve the sale of a product or service. Evaluating a product or service to sell depends on several factors. Several questions should be asked before emabarking on a business venture. These include;

Is there a demand for the product or service?

Is there an existing established marketplace?

Is the marketplace oversaturated or is there room for your new business?

Is the product good?

Questions that should be ignored are:

How rich will it make me?

How easily can I make good money?

If you answer the first set of questions and believe that there is a market for a product you can sell to that market through a method of distribution that you feel comfortable spending time expanding, then you have the starting blocks of a new business venture.
