Network Marketing & The Baby Boomer Trend

The Baby Boomer Generation are the population explosion that followed the second World War and includes all babies born between 1946 & 1964. They account for 70% of the wealth and make up 33% of the population in the US but are a global phenomenon and although the stats may differ from country to country, it is said that when the baby Boomer generation sneezes, the world economy catches cold.

Through the last fifty years, trends in business can be attributed to the baby boom generation. from the time they were born and the rise of Gerber the baby Food manufacturer, through the 70′s real estate Boom to the 15 year bull market on the stock exchange. All these things are attributable to the cycle dominated by this generation.

So what now for the Baby Boomers. What are the trends that interest this generation as it reaches retirement age.

Well the industries that will benefit over the next 15 years will be the same that have interested retirees for the last 50. The baby boomers will just make being in these industries a great deal more profitable.
